Account Deletion and Withdrawal Guide

Thank you for using the Pinply service.
We have strived to provide the best experience possible while you have used our service.
However, if you have decided to no longer use the Pinply service, you can safely delete your account by following the procedure below.


Withdrawal Procedure

1. Login: Log into the Pinply app. You can do this using the email address and password associated with your account.

2. Find the Withdrawal Button: Please check the bottom of the menu on the left side of the app. Here, you will find the 'Withdrawal' button.

3. Proceed with Withdrawal: When you press the 'Withdrawal' button, a message will appear asking for your nickname for final confirmation before deleting your account. Please enter your nickname accurately at this stage.

4. Confirm Account Deletion: After entering your nickname, a final confirmation message for account deletion will appear. If you agree to delete all data, please press the confirm button.


Important Information

1. Data Deletion: Upon completion of the withdrawal, all your personal data and usage information will be permanently deleted. This includes playlists, user profile information, etc.

2. Firebase Login Information Deletion: Additionally, your login information through Firebase will also be deleted. This means that you will not be able to recover your previous data if you re-register after withdrawal.

3. Irreversible: Once your account and data are deleted, they cannot be recovered. If you have any important data, we recommend backing it up before withdrawing.
